Microsoft Lync’s New Name!
So the rumors have been true about Microsoft’s new facelift to Lync 2013 (Microsoft’s business Instant Messenger). Microsoft has started rolling out updates to transform Lync into “Skype for Business” which intergrates Skype features into what was Lync.
Some of the new features are:

• Skype directory integration
• Dual user experience
• Call Monitor
• Rate My Call
• Quick access to call controls
• Emoticons
